"Got a quick, helpful reply when I needed it"
I had a question about my order and wasn’t really sure if I’d have to wait ages for someone to get back to me, but customer service replied really quickly. They were friendly, explained what was going on, and sorted it out without me having to send loads of extra messages or repeat myself, which I always appreciate because that can get annoying fast. It was just a simple, straightforward experience, but in a good way. Nice to deal with a company that actually responds properly and helps instead of making things more complicated. I’d definitely be happy to use onlinehomeshop.com again.

Umm, I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. The return process was okay, just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

"I ordered it on Monday and wasn’t expecting..."
I ordered it on Monday and wasn’t expecting much, but it was already at my door by Wednesday. Since this last order went so smoothly, it’s definitely left a good impression on me. No hassle at all, and I’d happily order again.
